America is trying to repeat the experience of the USSR of spending far too much military spending. Bluntly, America CAN'T afford it!
If America cut $1 Trillion per year from the military budget, saving $10 trillions over the next decade, we would still be spending more than double the combined amounts of China and Russia's military budgets!
