aikidomayland is having a rough time. Anyone who has lost something knows about the "Year of the Firsts". First birthday, first Christmas, first New Years without someone.
It's his first Fathers' Day coming up without Pop. He hasn't been sleeping very well, is withdrawn, and obviously depressed. There's nothing to be done except to muddle through it, and wait for the next "First" to come along.
