For a healthier me

I have been adding more and more fresh veggies to my diet. My usual lunch now has a bundle of blanched bok choy added to it. Two serves worth. I have been getting drowsy after lunch, so am thinking that with the thyroid problem, that just noodles with shrimp could be spiking my blood sugar (even though I am not diabetic). I decided to try this after that pass out session I had at Tai Chi a while back. Seems to be working very nicely.
