But seeing as I always record purchases and upgrades done online with both ScrapBook (archives the entire page as html) and PageSaver (jpg or png screen capture) I have found out just how sneaky you are.
I blogged about how twice in less than a year, it turned out we were paying more for 'grandfathered' broadband plans and getting less. So we upgraded to 75/75 plan. Then they upgraded everyone to 85/85 but didn't mention that the On peak/off peak hours had been changed. We found out and adjusted our scheduling to comply.
Now, we once again found out that there was a BIGGER BETTER plan for same amount and we upgraded again. But I screen captured the webpage describing the different broadband plans.
Here is the one I screen capped on the day we upgraded to the 100/100
Here's a screen cap that I took about 10 minutes ago. Something has been added to the bottom that wasn't there the previous time.
The only silver lining in this, is that the 'capped' speed, because of latency, only slows us down about 30% so we can deal with that. But sneaky shenanigans like this just is not right. Shame on you IINET.
