I posted a request to DxO optics about my panasonic FZ30 is supported, but the FZ50 isn't.
The reply I got was "Neither model is supported".
Oh really? So I asked them to explain this:
Not only did DxO identify the make and model of the camera, it proceeded to download the correct module.
I really loathe no nothing tech support. They give good IT support a bad name
