Back was sore again this morning, so I went out the pool, uncovered it, added a bit more water, and then floated and exercised in it for 90 minutes.
Back ache is gone again. And if the relief lasts as long as it did yesterday, then I know it's a viable method of pain relief. I will be glad not to taking so many pain meds.
Too bad I didn't have this pool over 2 years ago.
I had my head resting on the rounded edge, laying out full length with room to spare!
