Tai Chi last night: The instructor did the warm up exercises before the routine, unlike the other one, which would have use do a 20 min set, and then doing the exercises. I would end up with a spasming back, and gasping in pain. Last night, doing the warm ups first, and then the set, I ended up with weak left leg like usual, but no back pain. I think I will stay with the Monday class. I don't mind having a 'lazy leg' the next day, but I don't miss the need for Nurofen+ with breakfast the day after.
