A good friend of mine is probably going to lose his job.
Why? Because the manager of where he works is borderline psychotic. She didn't like how he handled a customer, so she started reaming him on the sales floor, with customers looking on. He put up with it for as long as he could and then he snapped and yelled back.
Her screaming and yelling at the "little people" aka staff other than her is a common occurrence. You can't even say hello or good morning to her without her yelling at you for screaming at her and to leave her alone.
So, after years of being verbally abused by her, he snapped. Now his job is on the line.
