Between my overdoing it (ok,t didn't seem like overdoing at the time, just cleaning a carpet, and deconstructing a part of my bedroom to find all my camera gear) and the 10c drop in temperature mixed with rain has made my lower back (think surgical scar area) scream blue bloody murder. Have feeling sleep will have to be drug induced or I will look forward to phantom cramps down the left hamstring, and spasms just under the right back ribs. *sigh*
