U.S.A. Elderly go without needed medicines.
U.S.A. Mentally ill go without treatment.
U.S.A. Troops go without proper equipment.
U.S.A. Veterans go without benefits they were promised.
Yet we spend billions for tax cuts for the rich before helping our own people.
