Thanksgiving Lite

Seeing as the bulk of my family is still in the US, spending 8 hrs to cook a full on Thanksgiving feast is rather over the top. So, will still have a mini-celebration here, keeping int he spirit of the holiday. I have much to be thankful for. Family, friends, life in general.

So, tonights dinner is a turkey leg quarter, seasoned with fresh rosemary, sage and thyme from my garden, mashed potatoes, corn, and maybe cornbread or a pumpkin pie.
