The Internet/Tech Gods must being having a tantrum

First, it was my desktop deciding it didn't want to work anymore, than the Windows 10 upgrade fiasco, and now IINET seems to be having problems.  Lagging out, disconnecting over and over.

Regardless, I would like it to get its act together.
