The gutters need cleaning and repair. Russell cleared and patched the area that was dumping water into the kitchen, and will be back later to finish it, as he is fully booked for the next 10 days.
Also had him take a look at repairing some dry rot, and other minor repairs (will get estimates). aikidomayland has to learn, being a home owner doesn't mean you just own a house. You have to repair it, and do maintenance every once in a while. He let a lot of these things go for so long, that they need overhauling. I have notebook with list of things that need to get done. Plan on crossing them all off in good order.
