Called Nigel from Catmax to come out. It seems that Mark's attempt to put the cat enclosure up was, shall we say, less than satisfactory. He intimated that it just needed some minor adjusting.
Nigel took one look at it, and 3+ hrs, taken down, put back up, damaged parts replaced, later the damage was repaired. Oh yeah, $200 later.
I will be informing Mark of this, as we have it in writing that he could and would put the cat enclosure back up the same way it was removed. We even paid extra for the pergola to have extra beams specifically for the enclosure.
