Sen. Jon Kyl (R-AZ) made outrageous claim that 90% of Planned Parenthoods business was abortions. Too bad he was 87% off, as it's a matter of public record that only 3% of their business is providing abortion by request.
But that isn't the best part. When he was cold busted lying on the Congressional floor, he or his office released this comment. He didn't 'lie', and that his comments were "not intended to be a factual statement"
Ahem, just because you add more syllables to "I lied" doesn't suddenly make it not a lie.
